NYC HOPE Survey

The NYC HOPE Count app allows Hope users to join and switch teams to which they are assigned. Each user can view their assigned survey areas associated with their team on the map screen. From the main map screen, users can select areas and submit surveys associated with the activated area for each homeless individual they encounter.

The data collected in via the Annual Hope Count is used to help solve homelessness in New York City and to better serve the citys homeless population.
